The objective of the Creative Council programme is to “foster a creative culture at HEINEKEN and champion world-class, transformative, commercially effective creativity”.

It’s the forum where marketing leaders meet to retrospectively review, debate, and assess the company’s creative output against the HEINEKEN Creative Ladder, and track progress towards consistent World Class Creativity in pursuit of commercial effectiveness.
